How is the rental of the property done?

The first step to a successful rental  a joint meeting and setting the rent.

First we will arrange a non-binding consultation, where I will listen to your idea of renting and find out everything important about the property and your expectations. I will personally inspect your apartment, house, commercial space, cottage or other property and, based on my experience, current market data and comparable rents in the area, I will suggest the optimal rental rate. The goal is to find a balance between a long-term, reliable rent and maximum return for you.

As with property sales, first impressions are crucial when it comes to renting a property. A quality photographs, videoshow, a clear description and a properly targeted presentation of the property greatly increase the chances of finding the ideal tenant quickly and at the right price.

Selection and screening of tenants

Anyone can find a taker. But I'm looking for reliable tenants. I personally check each potential tenant's foreclosure and insolvency records and, if necessary, find out if the police are looking for them. Because you really don't want that. Thanks to my practical experience, I know who brings certainty and who is more likely to make promises. The goal is a tenant who will take care of your property and pay the rent on time.

Contracts and legal service

We have signed the lease contract  now it's just a matter of transferring the apartment or house.

I will prepare the transfer protocol, help you with transferring the utilities and make sure that everything goes well.
