Mr. Růžička is a man in his place, doing exactly what you would expect from a realtor and often more. We were looking for a tenant for a newly renovated apartment, planned for my parents' retirement. We did 95 percent of the renovation ourselves, so after several hundred hours of work and an investment of over 300k, we logically didn't want some devastator to come in. Mr. Růžička reliably filtered the interested parties according to the requirements, patiently and in detail consulted with us those who met the requirements.
